Gale Ranch price is at least l0% higher then Windermere

becasue it is built much earlier by only 1 builder and not a lot bank owned, or due to the lower property tax. Similar exsiting house in Gale Ranch lists at $1.2M. Even if I get for $1.1M, the gap can pay 20 years of higher property tax
