Annual Escrow Account Disclosures Statement
需要帮助,密密麻麻的看不明白。
大体情况是这样,买房已一个多月。每月pricipal & Interest 是a,HomeOwner INS 每年b,折合成每月为c。这样 Total Payment 是a+c。
Escrow Deposit c。(但我第一年b已付在closing fee).
问题一,我每个月付费除了本金和利息外,还要付Escrow费吗?我已经付在cosing fee中。
今天刚收到一封信,说escrow要调整,考虑到TAX PAYMENT e, TOTAL DISBURSEMENT 应为b+e, 这样买个月需付f=(b+e)/12
问题二,TAX 要不要放在Escrow里付,还是直接付给地方政府。
问题三最搞人。

现在银行要我在10天之内付$437.82。
我的问题是为什么要从明年二月份算起?这一大段资料看得我眼晕乎乎,我要不要付这个shortage?
