INSURANCE: Tenant acknowledges that Landlord insurance does not cover personal body and property damage caused by fire, theft, rain, war, flood of basement, acts of God, facts of others, and/or any other causes, nor shall Landlord be held liable for such medical or property losses. Tenant is hereby advised to obtain his own insurance policy to cover any personal losses.
