If I were you, I will go to the house to check the lock first. Not to scare you but this is a popular scam right now: Someone will repalce owner's lock with their lock, and show the house and collect the deposit. They don't even bother to steal brand new appliances, they just collect deposits. And once people move into the house, owner will have to go through legal eviction process to get them out.
