one time, a faucet leaks. One guy came, paid the trip fee, fixed it. But a few months later, leaks again. Another plumber came, said missing a bolt or washer or something, and it is existing condition, so no coverage. In addition to the trip fee (which did not fix anything), paid $200 to replace a faucet.
