eviction case 急需各位大佬建议，叩谢！

我的case有点复杂，碰到了职业房客，白女 single mom, 有很多eviction records. 

10 月份租约到期，7月份告诉房客不续约了 ，她给我发了一个 mold report, 数据高得吓人。

我自己后来做了inspection, 比她的报告数据小10000倍，很确定她做测试前做了手脚。

但是之前她有complain过，我让她自己找人查一下，没有反应。而且我的报告也确认有mold, 就请人来处理，处理期间付了8月份半个多月的旅馆费。

处理完她拒绝签 mold addendum, 我告诉她合同到期还是不续约，为此她暴跳如雷，威胁要告我。

我发现房客在application form 多处作假，没有disclose eviction and judgment history, 以前的landlord and rental history 也是假的，跟律师商量以后开始驱逐。

8/25 serve 30-day notice for material misrepresntation of information

9/10 did not receive Sep rent, so filed another notice for rent default

10/2 filed unlawful detainer with the court

10/30 lease expired, tenant 拒绝搬走

11/2 return date, the tenant contested the case

11/30 court hearing. tenant 没有respond to Bill of Particulars, judge granted me summary judgment，三个月未付房租 和 1000 块律师费，（我付了6000律师费）。 

12/10 tenant posted appeal bond, case transferred to the Circuit Court.

12/27 收到通知，Term date set to be 2/5. 

现在一月了，房租也没有收到。现在律师告知我他要file a motion for rent escrow 争取 1/25 hearing for the motion。trial date 要2/5才知道，至少要三个月以后，搞不好半年以上。

现在我怎么办，律师费越来越多，这个过程要拖很久。circuit court 都是办大案子的，程序很复杂，我自己搞又怕弄不清楚。如果主动问tenant 要不要 settle, 会被她勒索，还会反咬一口, 因为她没地方搬家，肯定会想办法拖延时间。

真是烦啊，大家给出点主意吧！惨重的教训，我已经4个月没有收到房租了，律师费肯定要上万了！
