11/ Kitchen: range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator (except ice-maker) operates well; cabinets and counter tops are clean; counter tops are with minor imperfection; window is clean and operates well; walls are without crack, ding and dang; floor is clean

12/ Deck: All spindles, hand rails, floor are secured firmly; deck floor with some stain marks; entrance door to deck operates well, frame is without animal scratch or bite

13/ Half bath: commode is clean and operates well; pedestal sink not cracked nor chipped operates well; mirror and light fixture are intact and clean; door operates well, frame is without animal scratch or bite
