If the auction is tomorrow. I should call banks X, Y and Z today to negotiate how much to give them first. Then know how much to bid on the court tomorrow.

But since now no body knows how much the house will be sold. I think it will be definetely over 100k. Most likely in somewhere close to 300k from previous experience. Since when default, bank A is the first one got paid, then shoudl bank A gives rest of the money (~300k - 100k) to the other banks X, Y and Z ? I don't think before the auction, banks X, Y and Z could accept my offers of just 1k
