You need to negotiate with banks X, Y, and Z first

Liens go with the property. If they are not paid or forgiven, you will have to pay for them.

At this stage, it is easy to deal with the other banks if you know how. Anyway, they are not going to get much if it is foreclosed.

I would offer $1000 for each bank.
