I have always say Yes to potential renter if they want to re-paint walls, if the color is what I would approve, it can stay after they move; if it's a color I don't like, they need to paint it back the original color when they move out. So far maybe only one person actually came through on the painting part. Most just say they will re-paint but don't really want to do it.
