2)You purchased the home after April 9, 2008,
(before July 1,2009)

3)Your will get $7500 tax credit this year

4)Two years later(After 2011), you will pay back $500
for 15 years. So it's like an interest free loan.

5)If you sell the house before 17th year, you will pay the rest of credit back.
