Thanks for the replies. The reason I was thinking about condo was that in this area, house or town house are still very expensive (more than 400K in most case) and I don't have that kind of money and don't want to borrow too much. Plus, I figure condo ( with 2 bed room) will be easier to rent out. This is my 1st time and I don't have any experience. So my way of think could be very wrong.
BTW, what's QQH?
