The rent is getting higher than lower

As many of the previous owners are facing foreclosures and have to rent a place to live.

The negative part is that the city of Herndon is trying hard to reduce the illegal immigrants so the demand for rental may decrease among them.

The positive part is that the neiborhood will become nicer and the other people are moving in with ever increasing job opportunities around this region.
