My offer was rejected today:(

It's REO, bank's asking price is higher than 2004 purchase price (greedy). Of course I didn't offer the asking price, nor the 2004 price, but more than half of it.　I think it is a reasonable offer (full cash), but bank didn't even counter. Are they really waiting for the bailout?!
