这个阶段，1是要鼓励孩子，多说类似下面这样的话：

Dad (Mom) has no doubt that you have the ability to do well in ...

2 是不能盯着， 一定要给他足够的空间和independence

3 是要set up一个reward system or earning system，零花钱什么的。
