Assumptions: you are US citizen or Green Card holder.

从中国的同名账号: I hope that you have reported your accounts in Chinese banks on your tax returns and the funds are already listed on your return.  If not, you might get inquiries from IRS.

或不同账号汇过来: If the senders are your parents or siblings or friends who are not US citizen or Green Card holders, you don't need to do anything if the total money per year is under $100k.  If over $100k, you need to just file IRS form 3520 for receiving this gift from your family.  There is no limit that you can receive.  The only trouble is how much they can send you from China?

Remember: If your parents are US citizens or Green Card holders, you can get $5.6M estate tax exemption from one of your parent, both parents is $11.2M in 2018.

Good luck.
