My 401k is in lifecycle retirement account (e.g.: year 2040). I have to either take all or part of the amount out or to keep it as is. The year-to-date return is already more than -50%. I'm losing more and more principle. I'm panic and don't know what to do. Can you give me some advice? Thanks!
