My thinking is just that WB shareholders will not approve the citi deal, because crisis come and go very fast, when it is time for WB share holders to bid, the storm will be past. So WB will not have bank run at that time, no one will approve the deal. I guess, share holders will not even approve this WFC deal, I will buy WB back if it drops, lets see.
