She didn't tell me that she is doing cake business or will do busines in this rental. I found it out online that she registered a cake business a couple of year ago. So I doubt that she might still have this business. If she does, she might use this rental to bake cakes going forward. She has 3 small kids, her husband is a highway patrol. very good credit for both people. 

I already told her that I will rent to her, but I haven't signed up contract yet. Should I tell her that no business is allowed and add it in contract, will that term work?
