Under kitchen sink, there are a couple of scenarios.

1. Sink leak and subfloor is bad which produces the smell.  The urine smell is due to the leak is not just water alone.

Solution: cut the damaged part under the sink and replace it.

2. A field mice dyed under the subfloor, not likely cause.
