eviction process

1. 3 day notice best is hand delivery in person, then certify mail, and least stick it to the front door

2. file eviction process and wait until court day.

3. If you win the case, there will be judgement and also 5 day waiting time for them to appeal .

4 file for writ of possession contact court or local constable depend how your area handle this.

5 constable will schedules with you for a day they will be infornt of property

6. at the date with constable you will able open door change lock and remove teanant stuff.

7. all item has been remove to curve side for 24 hours, after 24 hours it will be treat as junk. ( This is also depend your area how they handle this, may not be 24 hours or so.)
