Fidelity does not allow me to rollover Vanguard funds to their I

Therefore I have $200,000 cash in Money Market and would like to purchase SP500 Index fund.  Should I purchase it one time ($200,000) or a couple of times (for example, $50,000 each month for next 4 months)?  Thanks
