有滋有味的法官

又到了接受预定明年房子的时段。今天收到了一对老夫妻的讯问信如下。 

Hello. My wife and I are looking for a rental unit at the XXX community  from December 2017 thru March 2018. Been doing this for 15 years in FL, we are both 86 years old, I am a retired Judge from OH. Been a residential landlord for more than 50 years can assure you I know what is required to take care of a residential unit.

我回了信， 给了电话号码， 那个老头就打电话来了， 我问他How are you ? 他的回答是 “I　ａｍ　ｆｉｎｅ，　ｊｕｓｔ　ｏｌｄ＂，　跟他聊了聊，　他已８６，也是个退休法官，　但在　OH　拥有　４００个公寓，真有钱。

他打算租４个月，我本来打算给他５％的折扣，　一听他那么有钱，我马上不谈价钱了，让他下周来看房因为我下周会在那里。

人老了也无所谓，毕竟都会老的，但如果老了，却没钱就比较悲惨。　　

下周和退休法官见面时，好好跟他聊聊，取点经，想知道他是如何积攒下４００个公寓的。
