Indexed?

I think here they are talking about indexed pension which means that the pension is indexed to the inflation.  When a pension is indexed to the inflation, usually, the pension payment will be increased based on CPI or some other inflation indicator.  If a pension is not indexed, the payment will be constant through your life.  Hopefully, this helps.
