You are making 220K combine a year.  Let's say you reduce your living expenses after the retirement is 110K.  You will need 2.75M liquid asset to produce your 110K.  To produce 75% income from your current income of 220K is 165K.  You will need 4M liquid asset with the withdraw rate of 4% to get 160K.
