Who the lease you signed with? The company or the tenant?

If sign with company, I think you might have to give it to the company (more like a commercial rental), and then you will get a form-1099.

If sign with tenant, I don't think you are required to do so. But if it is a company with good reputation, I might give it to the company, otherwise, no.
