“security deposit/advance rent agreement”, “The return of any deposits is conditioned upon： 1。 Full term of the rental agreement has expired and all provision therein complied with”.

我认为房客 has no right to claim of any of the security deposit. 可是我还在计划还给他1/3. 他刚买个新房。

现在更加明白为什么老大们可以把生意做起来了！
