The arborist in my town called me back

saying my neighbor is supposed to get an arborist written report to prove the tree's condition is dangerous, not me. But this arborist is nice enough to come and look at it for free and give me a 3rd party opinion. I know it is not cheap  to trim. I will not spend the money on the whimpy tenant of the neighbor's if i dont have to.
