2-story, 1500sf SFH,全套设计,不包括soil,8500刀,合理吗?

Scope of works: NEW TWO STORY HOUSE
1) Site/Plot plan:
a) Provide site/plot plan per city requirements
 

2) Architectural:
a) Floor Plans, Sections, Elevations, all Architectural details, Door and
Window Schedule and Materials specification and others per Plan checker
requirements.
 

3) Structural:
a) Provide structural plan including foundation plans, First, second and
Roof framing plans, construction detail for footing, floor and roof
connection details.
b) Lateral analysis (wind or seismic) and Gravity calculation and others
calculation per plan checker requirements.
 

4) Electrical/Mechanical:
a) Provide electrical/mechanical services.
 

5) Utility plan including septic tank (if required):
 

6) Erosion control plan / Minor grading plan if required
 

7) Structural Calculation based on “No soil required”. Survey/soil
report and analysis, investigation not included

8) General:
a) Revise and make corrections as required by the plan checker with no
extra cost.
b) Consultation with and advisement of client with regard to the job
requirements.
c) Signing/stamp of structural calculations and all drawings
e) Client may cancel contract at any time and payment will be calculated
based on work done and CAD drawings will be provided to client
 

9) Exclusions:
a) City permit cost
b) Submit plans to city
c) Printing/plotting of plans
 

10)Additional services:
Any architectural changes that time will not allow to be reflected on structural
drawings within 5 business days of submission will be done after submitting
the structural drawing. Such changes shall be done per hour as an additional
service.
Rate
Architectural Design $50.00/Hr. Licensed Engineers $150.00/Hr.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION:
1- Shop drawings review.
2- Request for information
3- Technical assistance for or during construction...
4- Change to the scope above or modifications to the architectural
Drawings.
5- Product and detail substitution, site visits, construction inspection, etc
