thanks, we tried to bargain more but seller won't concede

a similar configured house built in 1960s nearby(same school district, roughly same lot size) sold for only 15k less than our brand new house just 3 months ago. the seller probably will get more offers if we don't move quick. Although this is a buyer's market, the houses priced right still sells quickly.
