Bank-Approved Short Sale Property
I was told the short sale was finally approved by the banks yesterday. I made the offer 4 months ago. My offer is $10K higher than the listing price. The agent will let me know the appraisaled price this week.
1. Is it possible to negotiate the appraisal price? with whom, bank or owner?
2. What is next step? Anything I need pay attentions to for the short sale property?
3. Any recommended loan agents?
