I am filing the court claim now

I have asked other person given them 3 days pay or quit. I am filing the court claim and pay about $200 for court and $120 to sheriff. I am waiting for response now.

I am wondering if I can get my rental back after I have judge order. I think I can go to my tenant's work place and ask HR to take partial money from her every paycheck.

Is it reasonable?
