Similar houses with around 1500 sqft are listed over $500K. This one is with much larger lot and over 2000 sqft is listed for less than $200K as it has been vacant for three years and everything needs to be replaced including roof, kitchen, wires, the non-brick walls, carpet, garage door. The list is much longer.

I would need $50K to bring it back to rentable condition, but can be rented for > $3000 per month.
