Lilke to buy SFH in Orlando, Tampa or Kissimmee area

I am living in New York and interest in buying a single family house in Florida for retirement.  My budge is $200K.  

Now I consider three areas:  Tampa, Orlando or Kissimmee.  Orlando property price went up a lot.  I don't think $200K could not buy a decent propery.  Kissimmee is close to Orlando, some area single family house are  still afforable.  But there are lot of Spanish-speaking people live there.  Tampa is nice, and price is a little bit lower than Orlando.

Is there anyone could give me some suggestions?  Also, if you have good real estate agent, please recommend!  Thanks a lot!
