Actually this is a privately owned mortgage company.
This is A-paper lender and is not affected in the current
market.

Since it's private company, you can get 10% divident
annually. And it's one of the top 20 lenders now(non
depository lender). And they purcahsed one CO credit union
this year.

I verified that they paid the divident 10% annually for
past 6-7 years. Ad they paid last quarter as well.
