my debt is only 700K

I am working hard to try to get several million debt within 5 years. :) Just started, not enough time to get enough debt. Though i am still living in 2 bedroom apartments, neighbour just laugh at me why not pick one house and live in yourself? I told them that way I can not get prime resident mortgage. Every time I will tell bank the next house is for my own living....
