1. if you do not want a eviction, then only accept money order.

 

2. on the receipt, must put a date, for future eviction used.

 

3. keep your bank statement to prove the bounced cheques.

 

4. no need to hate them, they are not friendly, then you keep away from them. be nice looking only, never argue with them.
