when you own nearly 100 units. Some big landlords delegate that to attorneys at a flat fee. And when scales get big like that a rental office needs to be opened with 1 or 2 helpers/secretaries. With cash flow on 100 units, it's not so expensive to hire some clerks at $7-10/hour.
