Check the ac filter

If you AC is fairly new.
1. most likely a dirty AC filter.
2. Make sure the inside blower is working.
3. Since you mentioned your compressor and condenser fan is working (outside your house), the worst case is your Freon level is low or bad TXV. You need to call a professional.
