that is what I think

I did not give them any EMD. the credit card holding is gone. I called the Homesearch before I told the seller that I want to cancel, the homesearch just said OK and did not mention any fees or penalties that I have to pay. It just dragging too long the they also want me to pay a a lien the house had which make me unhappy (only $400). Now the seller want me to sign a cancellation said: it is the buyer's fault and buyer agree to pay 3% ( that is $7800 plus $1000. I refused to sign. The seller get mad because he said that the bank is going to foreclosure the house. Actually, the bank still has not finally approved the sell yet. The seller said that the 1st bank approved and the 2nd bank wants to see my proof of fund and I did not give them that. now they want to suit me.
