房子租价（$1850） Still only have the following two candidates (revised information):

1）relocate白人夫妻、一13岁女儿和一条10磅可爱小狗。女是护士，男是网球教练。号称女的credit score790. 不容商量地只愿岀$1750。只能8/1搬进。女的年入7万。男的也愿在lease上了。credit score 可以。因工作在不同州，在其它州还有两处租房

Pros: great credit scores；
Stable income；
Looks responsible Follow rules and protect their credit score and security

Cons: Lower rent of $1750;
Start lease on Aug 1;
Unstable - relocated 2 times within 14 months. From TN to FL and then to NC after 6 months. Now plan to move after 8 months.

2）relocate白人夫妻、一17岁歌手儿子和6岁黑女儿。credit score极差(500-550)。现在住在可开走的mobil Home。随时搬进、不讲价、提供N多照顾好房子的承诺。2011年之前两(two)被eviction历史及破产记录。近几年号称良民、按时交房租、正努力修复credit。干的是outSide sales $5000/月加提成。还有别的事做，月入2千多。愿把好credit的父母放到lease上担保.
