The 3-year/5-year ARM resetting will be the key for the primary loan. Many US families will be hurt.

Three years ago, 3-year ARM interest rate is less than 4%, now more than 5.5%, imagine how the monthly morgage increase?

Subprime defaults is just the beginning of the story.
