We live near Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral

We moved from MN to FL about a year ago. We did a bunch of research before we move and we are happy about our choice. For snowbirds, I highly recommend Viera or Suntree area. It's 45 min away from Orlando and 10 min to beach. The area has low unemployment rate and highly rated school system (2 Brevard county high schools are in top 100 according to 2015 US news national rank).
