Taking notes!

I cannot get a mortgage from the bank anymore as I have 9 properties with mortgages plus two HELOCs.

I don't want to borrow too much from credit card either as this will hurt my credit score.

I originally thought the interest rates the banks pay on CDs are usually really low, so people might want to take the advantage of a much higher rate by lending money to me.

I might be wrong.

Either way, I am going to buy that property as it is only priced at a quarter of the previous sale and half of the current market. I can still beat it even - even if I pay a much higher rate, and then wait for it to appreciate.
