I think you did provide some valuable opinions on landlording, but for the big picture stuff, what you said can’t be tested so I don’t take your words seriously. All your theories/beliefs are fine. I disagree with a lot of them, but I can’t prove them right or wrong. Just be careful when you try to prove your theory. The troubles you had are often from contradictory materials you provide in your proof.
