if they can *break down* their repair cost into items. The great thing to your advantage is that you have signed your signature, it's tenants who signed on your behalf. I hope you haven't paid them yet. If you haven't paid them, everything is still negotiable. Have them give you a *break down* itemized list. Then, you can contest on each item.
