1000: pest control, tight up leaking pipe in k.
1030: check in new tenant
1130: patch hole in wall, pick up rent
1200: pick up keys from departing tenant
1230: tight up leaking water line in B
1300: check with wife, told to pick up child #3 200pm.

Sit in office eating chicken nuggets and garlic bread... 5 min to go.
