it might be related to someone's experience and personal prefere

I work with lots of physicians. Some do not have a good personality, it can be painful to work with them. But they are so knowledgeable, dedicated, efficient and they exactly know what they are doing. I can learn a lot from them too. I really respect them. Some are kind but ....... Remember, we are dealing with some really sick patients. I would rather work with the first type. Just my own opinion.
