The video formats supported by the D-Link DSM-320 Wireless Media Player are MPEG 1, MPEG 2, MPEG 4, AVI and XviD. However, most net movies are in RM/RMVB formats. So, if you already bought that D-Link player, you have to convert the video format first. WinAVI Video Converter is a very nice software for that purpose.
Second way is to upgrade your video card to the type which comes with a TV-Out port. Check your laptop first to see whether there is a S-video outlet on the machine. If so, congrats! You don't need to upgrade the video card any more.
