I can't believe this was 20 years ago. I was in 8th grade and watched the plane hit the second tower live. I remember my history teacher pointing up to the television and saying "whoever did this, this is an act of war. We are going to war with the country that did this." I could feel my gut clench. The older music teacher started crying, she was 7 when japan attacked pearl harbor, and remembers how scary the world became afterwards. She told us this feels very similar.

Such a gut wrenching day, I cannot believe it has been 20 years. It seems like yesterday, yet the country that we were in feels like that amount of time is even further away for some reason. These events truly took away so much innocence that we all took for granted.

For those of us who remember that day, this is a tough film to watch. The pain and memories return at once. goose bumps came along viewing it.
